Hartford, Connecticut |

Bulkeley Stadium was home to professional baseball in Hartford from 1921-1952. Teams such as the Hartford Chiefs and Hartford Bees played here during this time. Amazingly, no professional baseball was been played in Hartford from 1953 until 2017 when Dunkin Donuts Park opened in downtown Hartford. Bulkeley Stadium was torn down in 1955, but fortunately the historical marker pictured above was erected in 1998. |
