Racine, Wisconsin |

Horlick Field was used for professional baseball from 1943-50 when the Racine Belles of the All American Girls Professional League played here. While there is still a baseball field (as well as a football field), all that remains of the original park is the stone wall that surrounded it. It's nice to see that the city has at least recognized the historical significance of Horlick Park by putting up a plaque. |
