The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville replaced venerable Wolfson Park in 2003. Built adjacent to where the old park was located, the Baseball Grounds is situated within the sports complex that also houses a football stadium and an arena. With the arena across the street and all the parking garages having a red brick finish, the ballpark almost has the feel of being in a downtown. I have not yet seen a game here, but from all accounts it is a fine venue. The photos above are all taken from outside the park as I was not able to get in on my visit. Hopefully I will get back for a game in the near future.
