Without a doubt, the Metrodome is the worst Major League park I've been to. The Kingdome in Seattle may have been worse, but I never got there. The Metrodome was not built for baseball, and the Twins never should have moved here in the early 1980's. Most of the seats are far away from the field, and many actually face away from the infield. The concourse area runs behind the main level of seating and features numerous concession and souvenir stands. Though the selection of food seemed a bit limited for the major leagues, and the prices are a bit steep. The Twins have tried to dress up the Metrodome by placing large murals of former players high above the fence in right field. While this is a nice touch, it doesn't help the game experience at all. The Metrodome is located in downtown Minneapolis. There are several surface parking lots available, though parking does seem to be somewhat limited. In 2006, the Minnesota legislature finally approved a new ballpark for the Twins. Target Field, also located in the downtown, will open in 2010.
