Four Mile Run Park was home to a Carolina League team for 6 years (1978-1983). Located in the middle of a city park and next to a middle school, this park was obviously never meant for professional baseball. It is basically just some metal bleachers setup around a field. While I couldn't get inside on my visit, it doesn't appear that I missed much.
