Vincent-Beck Stadium, located on the campus of Lamar University, has played host to both affiliated and independent teams over the years. Most recently, it was home to the Beaumont Bullfrogs of the Texas-Louisiana League in 1994. As with most college ballparks in Texas, this is quite a nice facility. Many renovations have been completed recently including the installation of field turf. This would certainly at least be suitable for an independent team, but no rumors have be mentioned lately about professional baseball returning to Beaumont.
