Mitchell Field hosted a professional team, the Oroville Red Sox, for just one season back in 1948. Today the park consists simply of wooden bleachers surrounding the field. I am unsure what kind of grandstand existed when professional baseball was played here. If anyone has further details on the history of this park, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
