Last used professionally in 1990 as home of the Wausau Timbers of the Midwest League, Athletic Park is currently used by the Northwoods League's Wisconsin Woodchucks. Set in a residential section of Wausau, the ballpark still appears to be in excellent shape. It features a small covered grandstand behind home plate and is flanked by bleachers that run along each line. While Athletic Park will probably never see pro ball again, it is good to know that it still gets plenty of use and is well maintained.
